Body Scrubs & Wraps
Our Body Scrubs & Wraps start with an all over body exfoliation, followed by an
application of gels, serums, oils and creams to moisturize, nourish and hydrate
the skin. Then the body is gently wrapped, and a pressure point scalp massage is
preformed - bringing about balance and relaxation.

Spa Etiquette

Check-in
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time at the
spa to avoid your treatment time being reduced. A late arrival will result in a
shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly.

Attire
Please arrive at the spa wearing comfortable, light clothing or a bathrobe. It is
advisable to shower before arrival. Disposable undergarments are available on
request. Towels, robes and slippers are provided for use in and around the spa.

Spa Treatment Guidelines
Guests who have any medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor
before participating in spa treatments. It is advisable to avoid the consumption
of alcohol or a heavy meal prior to or after any spa treatment.

Spa Therapists
Your Therapist will explain the features and benefits of your treatment during
your consultation and will offer appropriate homecare advice once your
treatment is completed. Inform your Therapist of any medical conditions you
may have that could affect your treatment. Your Therapist may adjust your
body position throughout the treatment, however they will make sure that
your modesty is covered and that you are comfortable at all times.

Valuables
No jewellery should be worn at the spa. The management and colleagues will
accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought
into the spa premises.

Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change
without prior notice. We require credit card information for bookings of
non-hotel guests and where multiple treatments are being reserved.

Refund Policy
Treatment packages, gift vouchers and retail products are non-refundable.

Children
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities.

Special Considerations
Please switch off your mobile phone to fully enjoy a peaceful and tranquil
environment.

All prices are in Omani Riyals and inclusive of 8% service charge, 5% Municipality fee and 4% Tourism fee

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
A full fee will be imposed for any no-show.
